Cheverly Day will be here sooner than you know it, and we're eager to bring you all the news! Follow our blog for the latest updates and special features on all things “Homegrown in Cheverly”.
This year, kick off Cheverly day festivities with a trip to Cheverly Community Market, 8am to noon, at the Community Center. Shop, visit, eat, and enjoy live entertainment that will set the stage for a great “Homegrown in Cheverly” celebration! There's truly something for everyone at Cheverly Day, including the best annual DIY ChvProm dance for adults the night before; the 2013 Cicada Crunch 5k Race/2k Fun Walk (the race will cover both sides of Cheverly, so get training!); Fit+Fun Cheverly brings yoga and zumba sessions; Midway activities including moonbounces and lots of great games; laser tag; the 3 on 3 Basketball Tourney; and the Softball Game; and a great lineup of live music and entertainment on the stage, including favorites from years past and artists that will be favorites soon! Don’t forget delicious food from your favorite Cheverly Day vendors and THE FIREWORKS!
